ACGGOODS Virtual Convention: Attendee Invitation Guide for Exhibitors
This guide is designed to help virtual booth sellers understand the event’s entry mechanics and how to successfully invite fans to their booths.
Event Promotion
Maximizing attendance is a team effort! Both the event organizer and individual exhibitors are encouraged to actively promote the convention across social media platforms and community channels.
Once the organizer finalizes the convention settings, a universal Attendee Code will be generated.
There is only one shared code for the entire event.
Both the organizer and all booth sellers will share this exact same code with their audiences.
Anyone with this code can use it to access the main exhibition link.
Convention Access: Free vs. Paid
Access to the virtual convention will be either Free or Paid. This model is decided collaboratively by the organizing team and all participating artists prior to the event.
If the event is Free: Once the event setup is complete, an Exhibition URL will appear on your virtual convention dashboard. You can copy and share this link directly with your fans.
How Visitors Can Enter the Event
When sharing your booth with your fans, you can provide them with two easy ways to join. Feel free to copy and paste these instructions for your followers:
Method 1: General Event Access Go to the [Exhibition URL] and enter the Attendee Code to enter the main venue and start exploring.
Method 2: Direct Booth Access Go to the [Exhibition URL] and enter the Attendee Code + [Your Booth ID] to bypass the main hall and arrive directly at my virtual booth!
