Common Rejection Reasons
Our goal is to support the creative community. We generally do not reject applications unless they fail to meet our basic verification requirements. Our primary priority is to ensure the authenticity of our creators and maintain a dedicated space for human artists.
If you haven’t received a response or your application was declined, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
Failure to Verify “Human Artist” Status
- Missing Links: You did not provide a portfolio link, artwork gallery, or social media profile (Instagram, Twitter/X, Pixiv, etc.) for us to review.
- Invalid Information: Applications with “I don’t know,” “N/A,” or missing links are automatically rejected.
- AI-Generated Content: To protect the integrity of our platform, we strictly verify that you are a human artist. Applications clearly featuring AI-generated images will be declined.
Incorrect Email Address
- If there is a typo in your email address, our system cannot reach you. Due to the high volume of applications, we do not offer a secondary manual check service for corrected contact info. Please ensure your email is 100% accurate before submitting.
Full Inbox
- If your inbox is at capacity, it will bounce our emails. Please ensure you have enough space to receive incoming mail from ACGGOODS.
Spam or Promotion Folders
- Our replies often end up in Spam or Promotions folders. Please whitelist our domain or check these folders regularly.
If you believe your application was rejected due to a typo or missing link, you are welcome to reapply with the correct information and a valid portfolio.
