3. Eligibility

4. Seller Agreement
If you are a Creator or Seller on ACGGOODS:
- You retain full ownership of your artwork.
- By uploading designs, you grant ACGGOODS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the artwork for the purpose of creating and fulfilling merchandise.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright or trademark.
ACGGOODS reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate our guidelines.
5. Pricing and Payments
Product base prices and commission rates are determined by ACGGOODS.
Payment is sent via PayPal, CreditCards, and sellers are responsible for any transaction fees.
Any chargebacks, fraud, or refund-related issues may result in delayed or adjusted payouts.
6. Order Fulfillment
ACGGOODS handles production, packaging, and global shipping.
- Estimated production time is 5-7 business days, but may vary.
- We are not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers or customs.
- In the event of damage or printing errors, we will offer a free replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Returns and Refunds
Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a production defect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.
8. Intellectual Property
